We take great pride in our speedy and transparent dispatch and shipping process. The delivery is carried out by Hermes or their logistics partners in the destination country. All packages are insured against loss or damage incurred during transportation.
GERMANY
The shipping of your order to an address in Germany is free-of-charge.
The average delivery time within Germany is 2-3 working days.
EUROPE
For the shipping of your order to an address within Europe, we charge a set fee of € 15.
Average delivery time within Europe is 3-5 working days.
WORLDWIDE
The shipping of your order to an address outside of Europe can be organised on request. We will happily contact you to clarify details before we ship your order.
Average delivery time outside of Europe is 8-14 days.
For billing of deliveries to countries outside of the EU, the net sum will be stated (minus Value Added Tax). The correct net sum will be shown during ordering and confirmation. When delivering to a non-EU country, the customer should declare their order to the official authority in their country, and pay the necessary taxes and import duties (if applicable).
RETURNS
Naturally you are able to return your order within the time period specified in our Terms and Conditions.
In order to process returns after the stated cancellation period or due to faults or issues with the product, the customer is requested to comply with the following guidelines:

- The product must be in its original packaging (valid only in the case of a return within the cancellation period), and additionally the original box used for shipping or a similar sturdy and secure packaging should be used to return it, in order to protect the product and its packaging. All parts of the product must be included. The package can be returned via any post office, sent to the following address:
